This blog is my place to vent and share resources with other parents of children of trauma. I try to be open and honest about my feelings in order to help others know they are not alone. Therapeutic parenting of adopted teenagers with RAD and other severe mental illnesses and issues (plus "neurotypical" teens) , is not easy, and there are time when I say what I feel... at the moment. We're all human!

Follow me please.

Lemming on computer: Gosh this is interesting. Jumping Lemming: Are you coming or not?

*sigh* I just learned from The Accidental Mommy that you have to have 100 followers to be cool. I only have 52 so I guess I'll never be truly cool *pout* (But I do have a leather jacket and I know what a lemming is... so I guess it could be worse! *grin*).

Wait!

Changed my mind.

I know for a fact I have amazing, independent and very discriminating readers who aren't lemmings blindly following a blog just for the sake of following. So I've decided this means I'm better than cool (whatever that is)!

I love you guys!

Mary

Of COURSE you're better than cool!! --> I am tremendously discriminating when selecting my friends: anyone who can utilize a thesaurus as well as you is always tops in my book (you guys out there in Cyberland should see her work in person - it's A-MAZE-ZEENG!).

Love ya, neighbor!

Yea, what does that make me and SanitySrchr? Is less than cool, like ice? or are we steaming hot? What's so great about cool anyway? Who wants to get into a cool bath? And most relationships don't like being cool.
Y'know, I often tell people I am an anti-lemming. (The only time I have to force myself into being a lemming is when I am driving in a strange city. The lane with no cars is never going where I need to go.)
